These pages range from self care activities through to activities on the physical symptoms of grief in your body.
  • Support Resources: In moments of deep sorrow, knowing where to turn can be a lifeline. The journal includes a list of resources—from hotlines to grief support groups and mental health professionals—so that you can find the support you need when you’re ready. In addition, there is a page dedicated for you to include your own support system and contact numbers
