At For Your Mind Boxes, we have curated a range of Toolboxes, Care Packages, Gift Boxes and Custom Boxes for people with mental health concerns. We have used the skills, techniques and resources taught through different therapies and each box was carefully curated to help support the persons wellbeing, and promote grounding, mindfulness, wellbeing and self-care. We conducted surveys from all around the world to find the best products and resources that are inclusive of everyone’s needs.

They are designed to be used in line with your mental health care professional and should not be relied on solely.

Currently we are shipping within Australia, New Zealand USA and Canada. In Australia we offer free standard shipping over $150. For other shipping rates, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

We would like to ship to more countries someday. Please send us an email if you are interested and what country you are from so we can ensure we include your country when we do start shipping internationally.

We have relocated to the Geelong region and now offer Local Delivery and Local Pick up free of charge. The following postcodes are eligible for Local Delivery; 3215, 3216, 3218, 2319, 3220. If you live in the Geelong region and are outside of these postcodes, contact us and we can offer you a reduced shipping rate. Orders will aim to be made within 48 hours but could take up to 5 business days as we make all Boxes to order.  

  

    

When will you ship my order?

Every box is made to order to ensure we can make each box personal to you! We aim to ship within 1-5 business days from purchase and will send a shipping conformation with tracking as soon as your item is sent to Auspost or Sendle

Hey, we completely understand! Certain things can trigger someone or it can just be a personal preference. We make all our boxes to order so just let us know in the 'add a note to your order' section on the Cart page and we will accommodate to the best of our ability!
