Reminders By Amber have created ED (Eating Disorder) Reminder Cards from her lived experience. There are 25 cards included in the set. Each card covers a common area of struggle amongst those with an eating disorder, disordered eating, dieting issues and/or body image issues.

- The different topics covered include: Body image, weight gain, comparing yourself, losing motivation, hunger and appetite, doubt, fullness and bloating, thoughts to restrict, exercise and movement, body affirmations, food groups (two cards), bad days, setbacks and lapses, trying on clothes, going to the beach/pool, before meal support, after meal support, social outings, overwhelm, thought challenging and reframing, alternative nutritional facts label, additional reminder statements, ideas to help with body image, and a reminder to reach out.
- The card dimensions are 12cm x 8.5cm.
- The cards have been printed on 300gsm cardstock with a gloss laminate. The cards have rounded corners and have been combined using a 3mm hinged metal ring.
- These cards aim to support individuals struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating, and/or body image issues. They empower you to challenge and shift negative thoughts to promote healthier and rational thinking, offering helpful reminders along the way.
